(PMI) is a full service Land Surveying firm, established in 1995, with offices in Virginia Beach, Newport News, Richmond, and Chantilly, Virginia as well as Columbia, Maryland. PMI licensed to perform surveying services in Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, Massachusetts, Kentucky, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee.

Precision Measurements, Inc. is currently certified by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), Maryland Department of Transportation, the District Department of Transportation and by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and by the Commonwealth of Virginia as Small Woman and Minority (SWAM) Business Enterprise.

Precision Measurements, Inc. currently has on staff seven (7) Licensed Land Surveyors, three (3) Land Surveyors In Training, Ten (10) Survey Technicians, Thirteen (13) fully digital field crews and an extremely capable administrative support staff. Selected members are also trained and certified in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) , OSHA Confined Space , Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Inspectors as well as being CSX Certified and E–Rail Safe to perform surveying services within rail road right-of-way.
