Ms. Dianne L. Guy serves as President and General Manager. Ms. Guy has over 26 years of experience in the land surveying profession. She supervises all personnel, directs marketing efforts, receives reports on all projects and determines which projects to pursue.
Having served in a management position, Ms. Guy has gained valuable experience managing multiple large projects and insuring that proper resources are allocated to facilitate successful completion of the projects. Decisions made at her level to subordinates regarding logistics, production methods and in issues relating to time management have earned PMI its reputation as a highly efficient firm.
Mr. Kenneth Leitz, L.S. serves as the Director of Special Projects.
Mr. Leitz has over 26 years of experience in the field of land surveying and is recognized as a leader in GPS in this area. His experience includes geodetic surveys, boundary surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.
His professional affiliations include the Virginia Association of Surveyors, The American Association of Geodetic Surveyors, The American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, The National Society of Professional Surveyor and The American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.
Mr. Leitz is currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Florida, State of Kentucky, the State of North Carolina, the State of West Virginia and the State of Tennessee.
Mr. Stephen A. Pearce, L.S. is responsible for all 3D Scanning services provided by the PMI Team.
Mr. Pearce has over 24 years of surveying experience. His extensive experience includes boundary, geodetic control, GPS, leveling, topographic, location, route, utility location, hydrographic, bridge situation, and construction layout surveys.
Mr. Pearce's responsibilities include day-to-day project management, client consultation, project estimation, project setup, and quality control/quality assurance.
Tano Lentini, L.S. serves as the Director of Surveys and is responsible for the surveying in all five of PMI's offices.
Mr. Tano J. Lentini, L.S. has over 14 years of surveying experience. His extensive experience includes boundary, geodetic control, GPS, leveling, topographic, location, route, utility location, hydrographic, bridge situation, and construction layout surveys.
Mr. Lentini's responsibilities include day-to-day project management, client consultation, project estimation, project setup.
Ms. Kelli Stamm is responsible for the planning and execution of various marketing tactics ensuring they are properly representative of PMI values.
Ms. Stamm is responsible for the preparation of proposals, tracking of proposed projects as well as maintaining marketing records.
She manages strategic advertising programs with engineering firms as well as City, State and Government Agencies.
Rick Thomas, serves as the Newport News Area Manager and has over 23 years of experience in the field of land surveying.
In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices.
Mr. Thomas has an in-depth knowledge of computer systems and is proficient in the following software: MicroStation, AutoCAD, GeoPAK, Integraph Products, Ingrds, CAiCE, ArcInfo- PC ArcInfo, ArcCAD, Eaglepoint-Surface Modeling, RoadCalc, Softdesk, Surface Modeling, Road Design, etc.
Mr. McGoniagle, L.S. serves as the Richmond Area Manager and has over 25 years of experience in the field of Land Surveying.
He has successfully managed small, medium and large, multi-faceted surveying projects, including commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and office developments, throughout Virginia and New England .
Mr. McGoniagle is experienced in all aspects of surveying, including topographic, boundary, and geodetic control surveys. He is a detail oriented problem solver, team player and decisive bottom line contributor and an asset to every project in which he is involved.
